OK, got it. I was trying to manually fill out the config file. For someone having the same problem, here is what I did:

Created and named a mySQL database.

Opened a browser and navigated to setup/setup.php

Fill out the database details and checked "create all db tables:" Everthing else I left ...

I'm having the same problem... Where should I check the database settings? (I'm using 1.2.5-DEV.)
