I recently upgraded to the latest version and everything seems to be working fine except that I cannot change the site structure under Admin. Every time I go to change something here it takes me to a page that simply says "Error".

Any ideas why? As far as I'm aware, I have changed all permissions.

have you upgraded the Database too? url/setup/upgrade.php

Yes, I did that, too. I am thinking that I did something wrong but not sure where to look/what to do.
