linking to content parts

I am trying to create links to separate content parts - is this possible?

eg.... One page/article has 4 separate content parts in the form of 4 different topics.

I want to be able to create links to these separate topics, but can't work out how. I note that they have ID integers but can't find the tag to make these work.

This is not about linking to article id's, but to content part id's.

am I just dense?

Links (to content parts) in backend <> links (to content parts) in front end
In other words... every content part does not "automatically" get a link

Use REPTAG(s) to link text or create an anchor or make list of links or linked graphic or ...etc.
THEN you can determine how to link to it from other parts of site
