How to add more language to phpwcms?

When I read

http://www.phpwcms-docu.de/language.phtml

my language is not listed there.

How to add my language? My language is ID, i.e., Indonesian

copy a template with another language (of course english) and translate it in your own language. than send it to oliver georgie :)

and if you use special chars then plz convert them to like:
