English: Spelling Correction in Newsletter

In the 1.2.5 DEV release (and maybe others)...There is a spelling error in the Newsletter Subscription...
Registred needs to be changed to Registered on line 167 of inlcude/inc_front/content/cnt12
I already changed it if anyone wants to grab it and just upload it...There are no other hacks or mods on this file...
