WYSIWYG editor & graphics not showing up for Mac users

I've got a couple of customers who can't see the WYSIWYG editor or the control icons in the Administrative side of their site. They are using a Mac (OS = Tiger, browser = IE & also Safari).

Any ideas what the problem may be, better yet how to fix it

Thanks,
Mark

They ~might~ have to resort to running FireFox.
I believe IE/Mac5.x is so "outdated" that it's unsupported and I think Safari doesn't have (or "allow" ? ) WYSIWYG editors to work with either.

Maybe someone else can clarify... ???

The edtior is only visible with Firefox. No other browser for MacOSX works.
