Paid development work

Hi Guys I don't have the time or frankly the knowledge to develop my own site. I love this CMS though and want to migrate my exisiting html site to it. If anyone is interested in providing development work for me. I would be interested to hear from you.

How big is the site?
is it live now?
What sort of thing do you want someone to do?
