Integrate local Webcam picture into page

Hi

typical 3 solutions (ore more):

1.st your webcam (if able) via ftp to server, some good freeware around google

2. dyndns.org -> way to get around chaniging ips .. .see your cam with your upload speed in an iframe

3. requires cron ability to your server, your webhosting pack.

some small php script and catch the cam as you config the job (google)

i like no 3.)
