I am trying to import a large cvs database from excel in to newsletters.
I figured out how to import with the following format:
name@email.com, Name
How do you specify which newsletter subscription they are imported to?
--------------------------
Thanks
Danke!

Hi Horst,
-> cvs-Export:
The first question of my custumers are "is there a newsletter available?" -> yes it is.
The second question are "can we export the adresses to your e-mailsystem?" -> no, sorry not at this moment.
They all need the adresses for a individually communication parallel to the newsletter. In german we say "personen- und zielgruppenorientiert".
I think, it is a very practical extension.

Hi Pico,
Here are my suggestions...
although.. don't know up to which point they could easily be done?
01. Have the possibility to save a sent Newsletter as a template, that could be reused anytime.
02. Validation: Have the possibility to redirect the new subscriber to an article where we can edit the message shown regarding validation.
A little bit like the basic email form allows us.
03. Also the possibility in 02. to show the visitor to which Newlettter category he is currently subscribed to.
04. In the backend: would nice to be able to sort subcribers per category, name, email... ?
Just ideas Pico
Cheers,
Yves
