Attention Designers

I currently have a PHPWCMS site set up by a junior web designer, but would like to add some templates that I have found to the design. I am not a designer or web person myself, but have been told that it is possible.

Is anyone, here, interested in working on this project (whether at a distance or not). I was reassured that it could possibly take 20-40 hours to edit the template to fit the PHPWCMS CMS program.
