after fifth time installation i thought it will work but just get:

What does that mean?

that means that your SQL-Settings are not correct and phpWCMS is not able to connect to your Database

Look in your conf.inc.php and correct the settings -

If it is a new Installation - have you downloaded the conf.inc.php and uploaded to you Webspace
