"Is it possible" questions...

I am new to phpWCMS and am keen to learn the ins and outs of designing sites around this system. Before I go any further however I have a few questions:

1. Would it be possible to implement a menu like this one: http://www.alistapart.com/d/horizdropdo ... zontal.htm which would automatically update to show newly created articles, or would you have to manually add links to new articles?

2. Are you limited when designing sites around phpWCMS or can you design knowing it wont bring limitations?

3. Can someone point me to a specific page which teaches the basics of designing a site with phpWCMS as I am yet to find one!

Many thanks,

-mscwd

DHTML-menu may be build with PHPWCMS though it isn't a build-in function (yet). How ever there is several Add-ones available which you may find from hacks-section.

There is no limitations on how you may design your site. You may use tables, div-structures etc.

I'd say the easiest way is to install it and play around with it. PHPWCMS is very simple and straight forward application which is a joy to use. This said there is also official docu-project at www.phpwcms-docu.de. And some problems you may find are usually beeing solved via this forum.
