Hello Oliver,
I wan't to include in my site some services based on your cms for selling

Service 1: Sell Installation of your CMS
Service 2: Sell Templates for your CMS

I think is allowed. Because as you say in one old post "You sell the service not the cms"

And then i do it i post a link here to you for my site.

I'm sure that sqeezing a donation into the cost of each installation would not lose you any custom nor would it be disuaded by the recipient I'm sure
