Hi @ all!

I have a big problem and i don't understand why!

I've installed the DEV-Edition.

The first problem was, that i can't create a new admin account (always following error: Please check admin username and password!). I tried a lot of usernames and passwords - but nothing worked.

I've contacted my provider (1und1) so the support employee runs the install-script - without any problems . They said, that i should not use the "PERSISTENT CONNECTION". okay .. no problem at all -> i don't use it

Okay ... admin-account with standard login in database - READY.

BUT NOW: if i want to login (login.php) ... and i REALLY enter the right(!) username and the right(!) password - the system always say: ERRORS DURING LOGIN.

Why??? Is it possible, that my Browser can't handle the login? I use Firefox. But i have tried also another pc with Internet Explorer: the same failure. False Security-Options or someting else?

I tried all the tips, which you can find here! Like from Oliver (root_path), change passwort over PHPMYADMIN, etc. etc.

delete the database and reinstall phpwcms... but before you do that plz read http://www.phpwcms-docu.de they have english installing instructions...

Thank you very much! I have re-installed the complete system (deleted the database, and all the data on the webserver).

Now PHPWCMS is running
