hey guys.

When I try to upload pictures and go to the files section I am "greeted" with the following message:

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4800 bytes) in /customers/ballerup-ak.dk/ballerup-ak.dk/httpd.www/include/inc_ext/hft_image/hft_image.php on line 155"

I have already searched here, but I am still having problems. I have read that you should add a ini_set code to a file... unfortunately I am still in the beginner stages, so I really didn't understand that. I am pretty sure I can't access and change my php.ini file, although I really am not sure. I do not know what to do at the moment. Anyone who can help me?

A big thanks,

Christian

Roast, it looks like you were trying to upload an 8 MB file - most web servers limit the upload size to 2 MB. I would upload larger files to phpwcms_ftp and then go to FILES > ftp takeover. BTW, you should be able to upload a local php.ini file in your root directory where you can override some of the main server settings when needed.
