FILE include/inc_conf/conf.indexpage.inc.php Missing /inc_conf directory and any files within.
DIR phpwcms_filestorage/ has nothing within it
My install gives me a blank index.php when I type in the site
http://heroicdogstories.thelittlecow.org/index.php
Missing files in zip PHPWCMS_1.2.3
with more reading I changed server root to the /home/www/>
That gave me the error message:
Parse error: parse error in /home/www/heroicdogstories.thelittlecow.org/config/phpwcms/conf.inc.php on line 16
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/www/heroicdogstories.thelittlecow.org/config/phpwcms/conf.inc.php:16) in /home/www/heroicdogstories.thelittlecow.org/include/inc_lib/default.inc.php on line 83
Now I am going to go read up on that.. Still need help, I imagine.

put server document root fix in the "right" place
in the conf file, and dumped the error message. Now I am back to a blank screen
Hi wolf,
check all your CHMOD permissions: files/directories are set ok
best way is to follow step-by-step Pappnasse's guide:
http://www.phpwcms-docu.de/index.php?dev_1_x_en
Most common error messages:
http://www.phpwcms-docu.de/index.php?errormessages_inst
As far as I know, there are no files missing in zip package...
And, if u need more help, try the forum search function! That's how I got started I've installed 1.2.3 several times, without problems.
As for the blank screen that is quite normal, if u haven't set any template, and published at least 1 article.
Look here too to see a really quick -not complete- howto.

So, how do I access the admin logon?
I know, it has got to be easy...
is there a http://www.yoursite/admin_login.php that I haven't found yet?
When I say blank, I mean there is absolutely nothing in the window but the ads my isp puts at the top of everything. Nothing php-driven except the CSS
