I need on the main page to insert php script but through admin the panel naturally it to make is impossible as php not support. how I can it carry out?

If you can login and use phpwcms, php is certainly supported.
So you can edit article and add "code" content or [PHP]your code[/PHP] <-- this is so called "replacement tag"
