Multiple users and resize images

-Situation: two admin users in phpwcms
-Versions: 1.2.1 and 1.2.3
Actions:
1) user A adds a picture to the file-storage and uses this picture in an article with a certain width.
2) user B makes a change to the width in this same article.
-Bug: the image disappears from the page completely.
!Note: if the image is put in the system by one user there is no problem with image width.
