Nach all den anderen Versuchen mit dem System klar zu kommen, was mittlerweile auch funktioniert , habe ich mich mal an den Graphical Text Mod gewagt. Habe diesen zu allerst in der config.inc.php auf "1" gestellt, dann ganz normal laut Anweisung Schriftart hinzugefügt, Name vergeben und so weiter. Wenn ich dann einen Stil zuweisen will, erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: html_entity_decode() in /mnt/ja1/06/891/00000004/htdocs/cms/include/inc_module/mod_graphical_text/inc_front/gt.func.inc.php on line 150

Jemand ne Idee, woran der Fehler liegen könnte?

After all these attempts to come to grip with the system, which, in the meantime, has worked out fine for me , I tried to work with the graphical text mod. First of all, I activated the module inside the config.inc.php by setting the value to "1". Then I basically followed the instructions - uploading font, giving the new font a name and so forth. However, if I try to apply a certain style, I do get the following error message:

Anybody got an idea where the mistake is?

was für namen hast du vergeben? der fehler hört sich danach an, als ob du sonderzeichen und/oder umlaute als namen verwendet hast. kannst du uns vielleicht mehr infos geben?
hast du farben angelegt?

how did you name the fonts? i seems like you might have used special characters in these names. could you give us some more information?
did you create colours?

check the Version of your PHP must be 4.3 or higher

Bei der Schriftart selber handelt es sich um dali.ttf, ist also eine Truetype Font, welche der Mod normalerweise unterstützen sollte. Als Name habe ich Dali gewählt und als Kurzname dali. Als Schriftfarbe den Name headergreen und als Hex-Wert #428A42. Die PHP Version ist glaub ich laut phpmyinfo 4.1.2

wie pico schon sagte du brauchst 4.3.X oder höher besser wäre 4.3.5.
frage mal deinen host ob er das für dich macht!
