Hello,

I'd like to see the following enhancements for the newsletter functionality:

1. allow subscribers to select which type of newsletter they want to subscribe to: text or html version.

2. add "newsletter_sent" column to the phpwcms_newsletter table, which can be used to show an archive of sent newsletters on the site. I made a little replacement tag that produces a list of newsletters, but there is no way I can distinguish newsletters that have been sent from newsletters that are under development.
