Error by creating new Site structure item

Since i had installed the patch 11c i couldn't create new site structure items. the browser displayed error.

there are lots of posts similar to this - seach would yeild a few results that will help you.
please check all you database is correct - there have been some additions to a few tables that, if not updated, could result in your error.

i had updated. but it doesn't work. now i will take a new complete setup.
