i saw it in a scripts forum...
the opensource section and when i saw it i got
astonished, because...
when i try a new cms ( im a cms tester :P ) i always look in its design, because i mostly gotta build websites, but most of my clients ask me for good design, nice looking, etc. so thats why i decided to test it.

i hope this to kick some day phpnuke & postnuke, and im sure it will...

i tried mambo and was not satisfied at all. then i search and found phpwcms in some forum and i was surprised how easy and well designed this is.

now that you mention this, I cannot remember... ooops...
but I use sourceforge all the time, so I guess it could have been from there...
