Serious truble with connecting to this forum

The last 2 days I have had troble with connecting to this site...

Very often I get:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not connect to the database

Can you recall that?

i had this error also 2 weeks ago! i inform oliver and all is finfe he says there was to many connections to the db!
