I like it very much.
The horizontal flash- menü is great. Also the "More"- Buttons.

But your graphics in the header (where the link "sitemap" is placed) are very increased, so the images aren't very substantially.

You are quite perceptive. I sized the bg image at 125% and used high compression setting. (was trying to keep overall menu size below 30K). I may readjust. I develop on CRT and am often surprised at viewing on LCD, which I just did.
