Does "email contact form" function in DEV-1.2.1? I cannot get it to send an email yet. If I use "email form generator" everything is sending properly. Just curious.

I sent a private message to spirelli with a screenshot of what I had entered in all the fields and he agreed that it appears to be filled out correctly. Why me! Ahhhhhhh! I have tried both mail and sendmail.

Could someone who has the "email contact form" working correctly please take screenshots of exactly what you entered and what your conf.inc.php mail settings are?
This is development version so things like this need to be solved... not perpetuated.

Very funny disguise of your email address, cyber-james!
Here is my shot. (Let's have a gallery!)
Well to be honest, it doen't run 100%. It does it'd job ok. But if the sender does not fill in any field and clicks submit these error lines are displayed:
Warning: main(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(./include/inc_front/content/cnt14.article.inc.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/****.net/httpdocs:/tmp) in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/****.net/httpdocs/include/inc_front/content.article.inc.php on line 258
Warning: main(include/inc_front/content/cnt14.article.inc.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/****.net/httpdocs/include/inc_front/content.article.inc.php on line 258
Warning: main(): Failed opening 'include/inc_front/content/cnt14.article.inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/php/includes:/usr/local/psa/apache_nossl/lib/php') in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/****.net/httpdocs/include/inc_front/content.article.inc.php on line 258
Following this message the normal webpage is displayed with the error hints for each field as it should. But it really liiks ugly with those waning messages...
It's DEV 1.2.1 as well.

Hi,
i have the same problem.
But if I test this email form it works fine.
Then I fill in more and more information and suddenly it does not work any more. No email comes in!
I think this error depents on the size of the email form.
Here my big one, not working:

It is still not working for me either. Thank you to all of you who are slowing defining that there really is a problem. Now if we can just identify what is causing it.

Okay...
I read a few posts and somone mentioned that the LENGTH of the form could be a problem.
I have 2 forms a long and a short
The short works perfectly...
The long one, loads the data, but the email does not get sent, or I do not receive it....
Thats a start, so Oliver G needs to look into this.

I will check it on weekend. But don't think it's a problem of form length.
