Whether templates are available?

Hi everybody
I have decided to create my site using phpWCMS. So, I have download the phpWCMS V1.1 - RC4 Rev A. It appears in sec. 3.3 of the Manual that some templates are available, but I have got just nothing.
Has somebody got templates?
