custom content parts, possible ?

I was wondering, if it is or will be possible to create custom content parts.

I give an example.
I had a project where the customer needed to fill in the date, headline, product and price in a content part. (no online shop)
Of course sometimes customers are not very flexible.
The dont want to enter the price in the subheadline for example.

I really needed those 4 different fields labeled as shown above.
Of course there is no content part that does that, course it is too special.
So it would a very nice and customers friendly idea if I could create those cutsom content parts myself.

So will this be available or is it already available ??
