Newsletter - how to unsubscribe email

Hi.
The newsletter function works fine.
Just one thing bothers me - how do you unsubscribe an email?
I know if you resubscribe with an email that is already in the database the subscriber will get an email with the change.email text and here you can ask people to follow the delete-link.
But since there is a logoff.email-field in the "Newsletter"-content part especially for unsubscribtion I wondered if there's a way to use that...
Anybody who knows?
