I'm not an expert on these things so I'm asking do I have to change the name of the file _.htaccess to .htaccess? If yes what do I do if I already have a .htaccess file for subdomains?

I got the .htaccess working but I had to remove some text from the phpwcms .htacces
I have another question about the installation.
Could somebody explain me what does this mean:
"new phpwcms install?
Don't forget to move setup/setup.conf.inc.php
to include/inc_conf/conf.inc.php."
I tried copying the setup.conf.inc.php file to folder include/inc_conf/ but it didn't work like that. Could somebody explain me a little better what do I have to do? It looks like I didn't fully understand what will I have to do.

I downloaded imagemagic and ghostscript but I don't know how to install them. Can I even install them myself or is it my hosting place that needs to have them installed on the server?

yes this can only be done if you have a standalone server or shell access. Nearly no host offers you to install apache extensions.
(if I remember right, then you can actually install some extensions when using
http://www.cyon.ch as host!) (without shell and root access!)

Postscript - this is a "feature" point... not a "requirement".
Imagemagick - not "required" if GD library for PHP is installed (GD2 version preferred over GD1, but works with either). Typically requires minimum of "shell access" -or- more complete server access... at your webhost.
You should be good to go, now, as long as PHP has GD library

I asked my host and they have ImageMagic but not GhostScript installed on the server. They also have PHP GD2.
Now when I've finished the installation and try to login I get a message "Errors during login!" Mayby I've already forgot my password? How can I get a new one or is it possible?
And when I visit the index.php page the page is just blank
http://handheld-gamers.com/index.php Should there be something else?
There was no errors on the installation and everything was OK just like in this image:
