Facing problem with article display

Hi,
I am new to phpWcms I have installed phpwcms onto iis.
and Facing a problem with article display
I am following the steps given in the following link to create a new article.
http://www.phpwcms-docu.de/creating_articles.phtml
after completing the article creation when i try to view this article by clicking in
site structure and aricle list / particular category / article name
a new window will open where the page layout and template structure will be there but the article which create is missing
Please help me to resolve this problem

Have you set the article and content parts to "visible" and "public"?
Yes I am checking both visible and the public option

hi,
he means PM = private Message in german Message is "Nachricht" so i think he changed the letters PN :-)

Are you sure that your templates have been setup properly? Is {CONTENT} in the main block?

Hi everyone
here is my 1st site using phpWCMS

Could you guys please help me find out, why it doesn't display any content when opened in IE. while it looks fine in Mozilla.
btw I'm using the DEV version.

I can also see content in IE 6. Maybe you resolved the problem.
