Firefox netscape versus IE6

Hi everybody, I would like to have your advise and opinion about this: What's the percentage of netscape / firefox etc. users worldwide and to be more specific in Holland.. The reason I ask is that someone told me recently that it would be only 3%! I don't believe that. Please react is if you're pretty certain about this subject. Please no wild guesses!
