please re-add the copyright information in your index.php too

and for your website:

- customize your navigation grafics, they don't fit into your layout
- make your gfx higher quality, they look not affordable but cheap now

Yes, it would be "very nice" if you re- add the copyright licenses!!!!
Or haven't you read the GPL's???

The menu of your site is much too big and don't looks very good.
But otherwise the site looks like just another phpwcms- template site
