I have asked my ISP to move my site to a different server due to poor performance on my current server.

I am not sure how to move my site to the new server. They sent me instructions on moving the database, but how do I move the actual phpwcms part of it? Can I just ftp my entire site from my current server to my hard drive, and then ftp it back up to the new server?

yep and then the same with the database.

after that change the conf.inc.php to fit the new server settings.

What will need to be changed inf the cof.inc.php file?
