Hi Guys.. Can some one tell me if the features on this site are all available for me to use somewhere - eg user image upload, comments on articles, news ticker, poll etc...

yes as a mix of phpwcms and external scripts...

I do not believe think any of the examples you mentioned are included. These should be external scripts.

users can upload images and you can let users comment a articles.
