Firstly, I have to congratulate Oliver on a GREAT cms. I've looked long and hard and at last here's something thats simple, works well, looks good and is very flexible. After playing a bit I realised there were a few things on my 'wish-list' for the next release. Sorry if there might be some crossover with other topics, but i wasn't sure where to put this.. Feel free to move this mr. moderator if it should be somewhere else. Anyway... some thoughts:

URL:
human-readable (and easily indexed in search engines) URL's like http://www.mysite.com/category/article (or at least the ability to alias articles so we can get something like http://www.mysite.com/index.php?article)

Images:
Option for displaying the long description underneath image when it is clicked to open in popup window
Image name or filename to be the title of that popup window
Rollover tooltip showing image name or caption when it is in thumbnail mode
Option for specifying amount of border around image in popup window

Guestbook/feedback:
Option to activate or deactivate comments (and settings for default - ie moderation)

Navigation:
To allow for display of articles in the list, not just categories

Articles:
Multi-page articles. Perhaps, by setting a page break as an option in the various sections of an article (and all the necessary nav buttons to make this work properly)

Well, thats all i can think of for now. Once again though. Nice one Oliver!

But unfortunately you can't have an alias assigned to a single article rather than a category, which would be really good - would help search engine placement and also better for human consumption. It would be great to have some alias function for the individual article that stays the same even if the article is moved to a differnet page.

I am curious where things are as far as SEO... the point about aliases being only for catagories rather than articles is very valid...
I want to port one of my existing sites to phpWcms but I am holding off due to fears that I will loose my very good search engine placements.

any thing new along these lines???
