after uploading, chmoding, i get this message:

new phpwcms install?
Don't forget to move setup/setup.conf.inc.php
to include/inc_conf/conf.inc.php.

i did move the file setup/setup.conf.inc.php to the directory include/inc_conf/conf.inc.php. but nothing changes. can somebody help me?

ups then upload the conf.inc.php into the include/inc_conf/ folder and overwrite the existing one.

NOT the one from "setup/setup.conf.inc.php", but rather the one from the *download* link in step #5. THAT is the one that has stored all your answers and must be *re-uploaded* to "include/inc_conf/conf.inc.php".

hast du am schluss der installation die conf.php datei im download link runtergeladen und in das includeverzeichnis per ftp hochgeladen?

der setup ordner muss nicht unbedingt gelöscht werden, sollte man aber, da dort die alles an infos zum zugang für diene seite liegt.

funktioniert der backend login schon? falls das geht, musst du erstmal ein pagelayout anlegen und wenigstens einen artikel, damit überhaupt irgendwas funzt.

also, was ich alles gemacht habe war:
am anfang der installation gecheckt, das meine daten für die sql bank stimmen (sehr wichtig) ist da keine fehlermeldung, schon mal sehr gut?
kannst auch mal gucken um phpmyadmin, ob die talbes wirklich angelegt wurden.
wenn das stimmt, hast du alles richtig gemacht..
und ach ja, und in der conf.inc.php gucken, ob da auc hder pfad zur sql bank richtig ist.
wenn das läuft, dann müsstest du dich auf jeden fall im backend einloggen können....

probier es aus, vielleicht ruhig ein paar mal von schritt 1 der installation der db bis zum schluss das ganze durchziehen..

schreibst du deine pin auf deine ec karte ich nicht! also ich würde es nicht nett finden wenn andere auf meine db zugreifen können alles löschen etc.

folgendes ist passiert.
beim setup waren alle Felder rot.
- ich bin dann den Anweisungen in der Doku gefolgt, und habe die doumentroot conf.inc.php geändert .

Alle Pfadangaben rot und es steht dahinter not exist obwohl die Ordner da sind beispiel:

Bitte Rufen Sie die Datei document_root.php auf, diese Datei befindet sich im Hauptverzeichnis Ihrer phpWCMS installation.

(ich habe vergessen die Datei zu renamen)

- der Status der Anzeige liess sich aber nicht ändern, er blieb immer rot.
kann man da vielleicht ein Hinweis anbringen ???

Die Zeile habe ich dann geändert und bin auf Loginmaske gekommen.
doch o weh , die Zeile

war falsch . er fand jetzt das Unterverzeichnis nicht mehr.
Ich habe die Zeile dann gelöscht und bin jetzt endlich auf der welcome Page.

so tief bin ic hda garnicht eingestiegen, bie mir war alles grün...das mit dem rot hatte ich iirgendwann mal, weil ich die chmod´s der einzelnen datein und verzeichnisse nicht richtig eingestellt hatte, wusste aber auch nicht wo das genua geht bei dem ftp programm. als ich es gerafft habe, gings dann, war alles grün...
funzt es jetzt bei dir?
