Some graphics will be replaced soon as I dont really like the default ones. On some pages the actual content is still missing but hey ... its still under construction

I think that you should fit the navigation colours to the rest of your site's

and as you already mentioned of course replace the default navigation icons

nice design - i like it clean and simple. looks like you already tweaked the menu- looks very nice now.
However, can you explain how the images fit together with your content? To me theu absolutely do not support the site - on the contrary I find it confusing. I'm sure thereshould be better material to talk about telephone marketing. at the moment it looks like a site about architecture. Try http://istockphoto.com/ - super photos very cheap.

Of course there are better pics than the ones you see there. As I said: some graphics will have to be replaced. I just used them to demonstrate the fact that pics change from page to page.
