add new user account?

how can i create a page that users creates their own account themselve without admin decision?
or invite eachother?

hello
no you can decide if they are admins only users.
and only the admin can add users.
backend:
admin -> user administration
p.s. phpWCMS is no portalsoftware like nuke or soemthing else

ppl can not register.. but you can add new users to your backend...
there should be a frontend system ready in the next release...
