howto create new content parts?

howto create new content parts?

Hey

I would like to create a new content part looking like this:

Title 1
content 1

Title 2
Content 2

Title 3
Content 3

And when added there is automaticly added a menu on the top of the content with link(bookmarks) to title 1, title 2, title 3....

Do you understand?

Is that possible?
