Sorting articles with fixed articles and titel

Hi to Oliver Georgi,
it would be nice to have these following 2 add-ons when using articles with template function:
1. Be able to set an article fixed; means if you have 10 articles and want one of them - whatever you do when sorting - still keep the first one in the list.
2. have the possiblity to set a main headline for all listed articles.
At the moment I use a new article just with a headline desciption an no more content and linked to the category where the article is. working, but not elegant.
