Simple Shopping System

I'd need a simple Shopping System for PHPWCMS.
Following Feateatures Requestet:
- Replacement Tag which creates a small "symbol bar" to allow the user to add a thing into a shopping basket
- Contentpart to view the basket and place order
- Backend Menu to maintain the products.
Would someone implement this if I'd pay for it???
