On step 2, creating of admin account is rejected by the following error warning:
Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/www/kafka.freeserverhost.com/phpwcms/setup/setup.php on line 104

Warning: mysql_select_db(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/www/kafka.freeserverhost.com/phpwcms/setup/setup.php on line 105

Warning: mysql_query(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/www/kafka.freeserverhost.com/phpwcms/setup/setup.php on line 112

What could be the cause? Is it a server problem? I could not find out the same error message in previous entries in the Forum

Hm, it is strange that this escaped me... sorry ! (Perhaps I was looking only in the section Installation).
Anyway, it was probably a server problem. This evening I logged in without further problems.
