problems with content part "article menu"

I'd like the menu to sort the titles of the articles in the same orde in wich I have them in the article center of the backoffice; I have set the level to display articles sorted by start date descending, and thay correctly do in the backoffice. Is there any way to display the articles in the same order in the content part "article menu"?
