apart that mdgroot is right... if u did the u-hs design, no probs, otherwise you might ask the guy that did it

Anyway, I would change the top menu ( the 4 buttons: helpdesk, over ons...)
maybe if you put them the same way as the subtop menu (login, hosting...) I mean, not pretending it is text + underline, doesn't look so cool as the rest of your site.
edited: off course that is if you have the .fla

Well, just seems to be a template that is freely available to buy somewhere. Google finds about 120 sites with this template, based on the file name of the flash headder:

You are right on that. A LOT (!) of American webhosting companies use the same templates. You can get this somewhere...

Anyway, it looks nice...
