Kann nicht mehr einloggen

Plötzlich will mich heute das System nicht mehr einloggen lassen. Keine Ahnung, was passiert ist. (Mag sein, dass ich gestern endlich die Setup-Directory vertilgt habe? Das ist aber empfohlen der Sicherheit halber, nicht wahr?) Ich habe das Forum untersucht, es gibt diesen Eintrag ---> http://www.phpwcms.de/forum/viewtopic.p ... t=password , ich habe das SQL-Database untersucht und nichts auffälliges gefunden, auch im File conf.inc.php ist alles in Ordnung mit den bekannten Login und Password. Auch ein anderer Eintrag im Forum (I registered in the past but cannot log in anymore! The most likely reasons for this are: you entered an incorrect username or password (check the email you were sent when you first registered) or the administrator has deleted your account for some reason. If it is the latter case then perhaps you did not post anything? It is usual for boards to periodically remove users who have not posted anything so as to reduce the size of the database. Try registering again and get involved in discussions) passt nicht, ich befinde mich in keinem von beiden Fällen... U.a. sagt das System dass ich schon eingeloggt bin?
Ich kann kaum verstehen was passiert, das ist andererseits normal, ich bin ein Arzt und kein Informatiker....

hast du nur das setup dir gelöscht oder im laufe des tages noch andere dinge geändert?

hmm und läuft eine Firwall Software wie Norton o.ä.?

Dann ist auch oft ein Fehler, wenn man keinen Zugriff mehr hat.

Auch kein Firewall nicht, uebrigens hatte bis heute am gleichen PC alles gut geklappt!
