Can't delete a Newsletter category

This is not major 
I have created for testing... 2 Newsletter's Categories (other than the general one), but... I can't delete any of these new/custom categories, even if the X button is there, showing the option to delete. Looks like a simple link to do under the hood.
Is this also replicable on your sites?
