Crosslink between articles?

Hi,

how do I cross-link articles (something like "read also here" feature)

Like in categories, it would be way easier if an article can get some alias as well... What happens, if I move articles around or change order? They would get new numberings, right? So in that case it wouldnt make sense to reference to a direct URL...

Thanks in advance!

If you see the list of valid replacement tags
http://www.phpwcms.de/forum/viewtopic.p ... highlight=

you could use this
{RELATED:max_count_links}
Place the x number of related articles based on keyword I guess?
eg: {RELATED:5}
until Oliver makes the other function

OK, lemme give it a try...

Towards Oliver (man, I really admire the work you did, unbelievable!), I would propose to actually have the ability to use tags also somewhere in the text (e.g. within plaintext I would like to use something like: "See [RELATED:5] related articles[/RELATED].")

Does this make sense to you guys?

except that {RELATED:5} give a list of 5 related articles

this tag do I not know

"See [RELATED:5] related articles[/RELATED].")

Well, it does not exist yet so it's a feature proposal... ;-) Maybe I should post it in the other forum category as well.
