phpwcms Support Forum

Renamed the over version of the site to phpwcms.old
uploaded the new version to phpwcms

copied settings as they were from the working site to the updated site
all went ok

tried to logon
and now I cant logon to the site to get to the back end.

Any ideas? Let me know what informtion you need to help me out.

'error during login' message?
or just return to login.php ?

it may be simply the wrong path data used.
re-check that your paths in conf.inc.php are correct

Just returns to the logon screen

Ive checked that the phpwcms isnt set to root but to its installed dir of phpwcms. Any ideas?

so all is fixed. was an db pretend problem.
