Email direct to senders email

Hi there how do I manage that when I click on reply in my mail client at one of the mails send by phpwcms mailer (contact) that it direct sends the email to the senders email.

Now my email adress is the reply adres.

this might happen if you do not use a field "email".

I have this as my form:

So it has to work but it doesn't.
