wordpress as a "plugin"

i'm currently shopping for a cms and came across this one thru fantastico - my host's auto script installer. i'm still exploring it but it looks very promising so far.
my biggest wish for a cms is for it to work easily with wordpress - the blogging tool that i plan to use on my site. ideally, i'd like to be able to just choose wordpress as my blogging software in the cms' admin. btw, i didn't notice much discussion on this from the search that i did so please excuse me if this has been brought up before.
on a side note, it would also be nice to be able to just choose my preferred board software (i personally prefer IPB) as well as an image gallery (such as gallery, coppermine, 4images) . i feel that there's no reason to reinvent the wheel for these components since there are some great tools already out there - just need to "plug them in" to a cms such as this one.
